The new shareholders with more than 5% shares are as follows: 1. Bali Ventures Limited holds 49,087,200 shares or 21.72% @ 31.50 Baht per share. 2. Rak Minerals&Metals Investments FZ-LLC holds 16,362,400 shares or 7.24% @ 31.50 Baht per share. 3. Far East Minerals Limited holds 11,800,000 shares or 5.221% @ 31.00 Baht per share. As each investor holds less than the 25% trigger, no tender offer was required. This is only the change in shareholders structure and does not have impact on the Company's operation.
