Please be clarified that following Western Metals Limiteds rescinding its share subscrip- tion agreement with the company in February 1999, the company is in the initial process of finding a new partner which is expected to be concluded not earlier than three months. Should there be any further progress on the matter, the company will inform the SET accordingly in due time.
