PDI. B. 02.86/98 of 1 September 1998. This is to notify the SET that Padaeng Siam Industry Company Limited, an associated company in which PDI has 50% shareholding, and Patong Exploration and Mining Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puthep Co., Ltd., in which PDI holds 100% of total shares, have officially registered its dissolution with the Partnerships and Companies Registration Office, Bangkok, Department of Commercial Registration, Ministry of Commerce on 8 January and 16 March 1999 respectively.
