Resume Trading of PADAENG INDUSTRY PCL. "PDI" The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading suspension of PADAENG INDUSTRY PCL."PDI" (the "Company") because there were big lot transactions for 46.90 % of PDI 's paid-up capital. This information might significantly affect trading of its securities. However, the SET has not yet been fully informed of all material information from the Company. Now, the Companies have completely clarified or disclosed the relevant material information, which has been broadly disseminated through the SET's disclosure systems in a period of time for all investors to be informed and to analyze the information. Thus, the SET permitted resumption of trading of the mentioned securities from afternoon trading session of April 8 , 2008 onwards.
