Mr. Pinit Vongmasa will retire from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company starting from April 1, 2006 onwards. He will still be in position of director of the Company. 3. The Board of Directors Meeting No. 01-2006 dated 23 February 2006 resolved to dissolve the position of CEO.
