Please be clarified that following Western Metals Limited's rescinding its share subscription agreement with the company in February 1999, the company has been in the process of considering a financial adviser to assist in carrying out thorough study and selection of new partner(s). Currently, a number of foreign investors and institutions are interested in subscribing PDI remaining new ordinary shares of 75.10 million units representing 33.23% of the company's total registered shares.
