Clarification on reports in medias We refer to today's reports in medias about an agreement on increase-capital share subscription between Padaeng Industry Public Company Limited (PDI) and Western Metals Limited (WML), an Australian investor. We would like to clarify that both parties have earlier set the agreement signing date on 10 July, 1998. However, as WML has to first conclude another share buying deal with an Australia copper mining within next week. WML has therefore requested us for postponement.
