At the 1,2/1997 extraordinary shareholders meeting, Padaeng Industry Plc's Sriracha Electric Energy Co Ltd, established for bidding the independent plant project of Electric Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), was registered nulification with The Commerce Ministry, meaning its status as limited company was liquidated. The reason was that company could not win the bid. PDI who was holding 10% stake responsible for Bt10,000 in SEE saw Bt1.53 m value of amortised costs and expenses.
