Padaeng Industry Plc (PDI) quoted the resolution made at its board of directors' meeting no.7/1996 held on December 19, 1996 as saying that it had reappointed Mr. Bodi Chunnanon and Mr. Kosit Panpiamrut to attain their former positions as directors (Mr. Bodi and Mr. Kosit has previously resigned to attain political positions since May 27 and September 27, 1996 respectively). The board also appointed Mr. Bodi as the president and Mr. Khosit as executive director.
