Padaeng Industry Plc (PDI) reported that its board of executive directors, at meeting no. 9/1996 held on October 18, 1996, accepted the resignation of Mr. Ankanee Worasap from his position as executive director. Ankanee is also the finance ministry's deputy permanent secretary. He will leave his position with PDI because he has decided to retire on October 1, 1996. However, he will still be an advisor to the company's board of executive directors.
