Padaeng Industry Plc. (PDI) asked for an extension of time to submit its request form for listing its capital increased shares. The request form for listing PDI's 40,369,558 units of capital increase shares is required to be submitted within 30 days from the last day of subscription and paid up for the shares in the part of existing shareholders. PDI said the registration for an amendment of its paid-up capital at the Department of Commercial Registration is presently being considered by the public companies registrar, so the company cannot submit its request form along with a copy of the certificate for paid-up registered capital by August 19, 1996 as specified. The company, therefore, requested an extension of time for submitting the said form until August 26, 1996.
